Summer at FPT
Summer is here! Temperatures are hovering around 110 degrees and the humidity is climbing. The streets of Borrego look like a deserted ghost town. One can gaze down Palm Canyon Drive and see nothing but heat waves eminating from the asphalt. All of the snowbirds have left for cooler climates. Anza Borrego State Park has few visitors and a skeleton crew. The restaurants are closing down for July and August. BUT we are keeping busy at FPT. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our office is teaming with people like Winnie, Sylvia, Donara, and Jim working out. There are folks who wait for the lull of the summer season to arrive before having rotator cuff repair or joint replacements done. That way when October arrives and the golf courses are re-seeded, they are READY to hit the greens! Some have been so unforunate to have had accidents or pesky spine problems too. FPT is the place to come for cool A/C, PT, and TLC!!!!!!

Treatment philosophy at FPT factors in the "total patient" in our desire to support a patient's well being. Health history, current medical/physical problems, occupation, social support, activity level, and personal goals are all considered when designing a treatment plan . Cultural, spiritual and emotional aspects all play an important roll towards recovery.
